# Tip 1: Acknowledgement Receipt
Suppose you use the QualiWare platform for compliance work. In that case, you probably want to ensure that your colleagues are familiar with the most important content.
For example, your colleagues need to know the organization’s policies and how to respond in an emergency.
The QualiWare AcknowledgeList template, enables you to keep track of and document which of your employees have read which relevant documentation. Each employee can be assigned a list of policies, documents, or processes, which they must acknowledge when read.
The QualiWare repository keeps track of which employees have content they haven’t acknowledged and enables the head of the department to get an overview of this quickly. This is very helpful in ensuring that all employees are familiar with the organization’s important documentation.

# Tip 2: Role Management on the Web Portal
An organization has many stakeholders. Whether you use the QualiWare platform for working with Enterprise Architecture or compliance, you must have access to information at the right level.
For example, there is a big difference between an employee looking for a workflow description and a process owner responsible for building and maintaining the company’s process documentation.
The navigation on the QualiWare web portal consists of menus #1 (HTMLMegaMenuItems), desktops #2 (HTMLDesktops), and tiles #3 (HTMLTiles). It allows for role management on all levels.
When you log on to the web portal, you’ll be recognized and assigned a role via the RepositoryAdministrator tool. After this, you will see and interact with the content relevant to your role.
You can be assigned to have more than one role, and if so you can change between the roles on the web portal and thereby access more content in the QualiWare web portal.

#Tip 3: Customer journeys versus process landscape (CustomerJourneyMapping)
When you work on business processes, you often view the processes from the inside-out.
You model the processes and workflows in an optimal way for the company.
Unfortunately, the focus on internal processes and details in the process landscape often doesn't fully correlate with the customer experience that you wish to create. This can be captured better with an outside-in view of your organization.
With QualiWare's Customer Journey Mapping technique, you will be able to focus on your customers' journey, their touchpoints, and the company's strengths and weaknesses concerning the customers.
And you will do so in a way that ties in closely with your business's internal processes. Each customer touchpoint can be linked with the process descriptions in the process landscape. This will show if the internal processes support the company's objectives and wish for interaction with the customers.
You can also connect touchpoints to strategic, systemic, informational, or organizational elements. This way, you will get a total from-the-outside-and-in view of the company.
